That's right! I just placed 5th in the World in the World Online DMC DJ Championships, beating former national DMC champions from the UK, USA, Canada and Italy amongst others. Congratulations to Fong Fong from France who took the title!

Here is a routine I used in the DMC UK Battle for Supremacy back in July. It features me cutting up the track 'Yaow' by up and coming producer Baauer. If the routine isn't your cup of tea you can spend 1 minute and 41 seconds gazing at my fine selection of towels. The routine was filmed by Hari Datta.

My entry for the Online DMC Final 2012 is now online! It's more or less the same routine I performed at the UK DMC Finals in July and was the product of a lot of practice between February and July this year. Please feel free to share it about if you enjoy it.
In addition to qualifying for this year's World Online DMC Final, I recently qualified for this year's UK DMC Final by winning their London Heat in May. The UK Final is on Friday 20th July at The Garage in Highbury Corner, London. Having reached the final last year, I decided to enter this year's World DMC Online battle, a recent addition to the DMC battle series that is now in its second year. The competition allows DJs from all over the world to enter and win a chance to play or compete at the World DMC Final as if you were a national champion (Champion of the Internet does have a nice ring to it!). The judges placed me 2nd out of all the entries, so I'm through to the World Online DMC Final again! The final is held in August, so you'll be able to check my entry then!
